This handsome early Georgian house is based on a prototype constructed in Connecticut in 1752. The gambrel roof, dormers, and massive central chimney add interest to your scene from above. The ornate framing of the front door is characteristic of this style. This grand house will be at home in your historic district or near the seaport.

Kit contains 150+ parts. Shingles are precision-cut in individual rows - guidelines are provided on the roof panels. The chimney corners fit together in incredible scale brick-by-brick interlock. The included fence is also based upon the prototype, and adds fine detail to your scene.

Foundation footprint is HO Scale 40' x 18'
