Firewood Creative Ltd

We aim to bring fresh, unique architecture to your model railroad. Historic buildings based on real prototypes, downtown landmarks, California Modern, a Tudor pub, and TRAILERS!!...all of these and more are in production or on the drawing table. Our kits take a lot of time to design, and considerable time to produce, owing to the amazing detail and attention to precise fit, so be sure to sign up for our new product email newsletter. Each new kit we release has been built many times as a prototype, to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience during assembly.

Our CO2 laser equipment is capable of .003" resolution, and we're not afraid to use that capability! More detail requires more production time, but we will not sacrifice detail, and our kits will always be offered at a reasonable price.

People

My name is Palmer Clifton McCall, principal and designer at Firewood Creative Ltd. My education includes studies in Illustration, Industrial Design, Architectural Design and Technology, and Automobile Design. I have a long history of work in customer service and accounting roles with a well-regarded international company. My goal is to provide you with interesting architecture in miniature, with robust construction that will last for years.

Interest in railroads and model railroading truly runs in the family - I inherited this from my grandfathers, father, and uncles, and my "beta testers" include my siblings, nephews, and nieces!
