Plaza Bank          HO Scale

The Plaza Bank building is a mid-rise curtain-wall skyscraper typical of many downtown and suburban areas all over the country. It is appropriate for any period from the 1960's to the present. Floors on the interior of the building allow you to add interior details. The building features an elevator shaft/stairwell that runs from top to bottom.

Build as tall as you like!

This kit is available in both 6 and 9 story heights. Modular additions of 3, 6, or 9 extra stories are available. The proportion of this building continues to look good up to about 21-24 stories, so adding extra story modules can result in quite a commanding building! The building's footprint is a scale 52' x 29', so it doesn't take up much of your valuable real estate!

On the roof, there is a cooling tower and an elevator equipment box. At the sidewalk level is a detailed ATM.

Don't glue the roof on! You may want to add extra stories in the future!

This kit is made from 1/8" basswood, and weighs almost a pound, so there is a shipping charge when you order.
